We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes prior your first appointment. This will allow you time to complete a *Health history form.  Arriving late for your scheduled appointment will deprive you of valuable treatment time. 

Appointment times are reserved for you.  Missed appointments  deny other clients appointment availability.  If you are unable to keep your appointment time, please give us at least 24 hours notice so we may schedule another time for you. Otherwise a cancellation fee will apply.
